Overview
Alternative Family Living provider (AFL provider)
Entry level job applicants are welcome!
We are hiring compassionate, hard working, friendly and reliable AFL providers who will work with individuals with intellectual and / or developmental disabilities.
I / DD) If you don't have previous I / DD experience, we'll provide training!
Primary Purpose of Provider : This position provides support and care for the consumer living in the AFL providers's home.
The AFL Provider implements activities as outlined in the Individual Service Plan prepared. All activities are documented daily.

Work Schedule :
The AFL provider supports the individual or individuals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, unless the consumer is involved in other day programs or has been approved to receive respite or visit with natural support.
