Job description:

Placing and supervising children in independent living settings. Social service workers shall work directly with the children, their families, and other relevant individuals and be primarily responsible for the development, implementation, and review of service plans for the children and their families.

Responsibilities Include:

• Case planning
• Selecting placements
• supervisory placement of children independent living
• Life skills training
• Case management

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree om Human Behavioral Science, or in another major where 25% of the course credits earned toward the degree is in human behavioral sciences
• Valid and current Driver's License
• Computer literate
• Ability to communicate effectively and exchange information with treatment team
• Available 24hours 7 days a week
