Responsibilities Our CSRs are the first touchpoint to client interactions and provide exceptional customer service during every step of a visit to CCVS The CSR handles in-person, email, and telephone interaction, maintenance of veterinary medical records, accounts maintenance, cash processing, data entry, word processing, and mail services Respond quickly and calmly to crises while maintaining a high standard of client care Communication: Convey messages to clients and teammates to ensure successful patient and client care Patience & Compassion: Remain professional while still ensuring doctors, teammates, clients, and patients feel as comfortable as possible regardless of the situation or challenges presented This position participates in weekend and holiday rotations.
