Community Case Management Services LLC is Hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Near Miami, FL
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism, utilizing applied behavior analysis techniques.
Duties:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
- Provide behavioral health services to individuals with developmental disabilities and autism
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Utilize data collection methods to track progress and outcomes
Experience:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills and experience:
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
- Proficiency in medical documentation and record-keeping
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles
- Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations
- Familiarity with data collection techniques
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with individuals with autism
