Qualifications
Lead - B.S. in Early Childhood /Child Development or CDA with experience preferred
Assistant - 9 hours in Early Childhood or Child Development Course work or CDA preferred

• Primary Responsibilities
• Treat children with dignity and respect and keep them safe.
• Assess children’s learning and development.
• Plan and implement curriculum to address individual needs, culture and socioeconomic background.
• Document children’s learning through panels and portfolios.
• Manage classroom, share housekeeping responsibilities and uphold the policies of the school.
• Maintain standards for Missouri licensing.
• Maintain positive relationships with parents through daily conversations, classroom correspondence and conferences.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.15 - $14.00 per hour
