Position: Vice President of Finance

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Vice President of Finance to join our executive team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader who can effectively manage all finance and accounting functions within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability goals
- Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, ensuring accurate financial reporting and analysis
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk to maximize returns and minimize losses
- Collaborate with other executives and department heads to make informed business decisions
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and reporting requirements
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of finance operations
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership and board of directors meetings

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CPA or CFA certification preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing finance team
- Experience working for a FQHC is a plus
