Job scope: This position assists theEarly Childhood Intervention Program Director in all aspects of supervision of servicedelivery for the ECI program for Bowie, Cass, and Red River counties. Directlysupervises multi-disciplinary team for the area including Therapists, EarlyIntervention Specialists, Interpreters and Data Systems Coordinators. Assistswith personnel and budgetary issues and works directly with families whenappropriate. Duties include overseeing and coordinating staff assignments andproviding services to ECI children and families in the counties served. Responsiblefor ensuring the coordination of activities and services between Early ChildhoodIntervention, other Community Healthcore programs, and other agency andcommunity services. Reports and functions under the general supervision of theECI Program Director. Accountable to ensure services and program operations are incompliance with federal, state, and Center standards.

This position requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in an approvedfield and/or appropriate certification which meets the highest standards of thestate and established criteria for professional membership on the ECIInterdisciplinary Team. Professional status includes (but is not limited to)persons who are certified/licensed: speech pathologists, occupationaltherapists, physical therapists, certified teachers (with approved majors),social workers, registered nurses, nutritionists, orientation and mobilityspecialists, educational diagnosticians and fully qualified early interventionspecialists.
Current valid driver's license in state of residence is required.

Experience/Knowledge:
3 years or more of related experience working with children under theage of 3 and/or at least 1 year of experience working as a professional on aninterdisciplinary-team in Early Childhood Intervention program preferred. Oneyear of supervisory/leadership experience is preferred.
Physical requirements that are bona fide occupational qualificationsessential to the performance of the job:
Must be able to complete activities necessary to perform services. This includes, but is not limited to, liftingup to 20 pounds.
Minimum Hiring Annual Salary: $55,000Full Time
