Community LIFE is Hiring a LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Near Pittsburgh, PA
Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week) - 2nd Shift - 3PM-11:30PM M-F plus Monthly Weekend Rotation
Salary: $30 and up per hour, based on experience
Position Duties: Provide IV administration, med pass, wounds, assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to our program participants (age 55 ). This includes responsibilities such as bathing/showering, toileting, dressing, meal prep, feeding, light cleaning, etc. Occasional hours in the community as needed.
Requirements
- A valid PA LPN license - (graduate of accredited nursing school)
- Minimum of 1 year (12 months) of experience working with the frail or elderly population; preferably in long-term care, home healthcare, or community health
- Valid PA Driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- 4 weeks of paid vacation plus 7 paid holidays
- Medical, vision, and dental insurance (short/long-term disability)
- Company contribution to a 403(b) retirement plan
- Mileage reimbursement

- Performance-based increases
Compensation details: 30-33 Hourly Wage
