What does a day in this role look like?
This role provides care from 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM to clients that have had their caregiver call in for the day, provide cares while a caregiver takes time off or provide care to a newly enrolled client until a permanent caregiver is found. The schedule for this position would be consistent days/times but the workload and clients would shift daily to fit organizational and client needs. Due to the different scenarios, clients, and care plans a person in this role needs to be experienced and comfortable in providing cares. This position can see between 3-5 clients per shift and would need to drive from client-to-client home--benefitting from paid travel time & mileage reimbursement.
