The Plastic Surgery Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for coordinating daily operations, managing patient interactions, coordinating care, scheduling appointments, and promoting services provided. This position will ensure a seamless and positive experience for patients while driving the growth of the practice through effective sales and marketing strategies.

• High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required

• 2 years of customer service, hospitality, or sales experience required
• Experience in a healthcare setting/environment, especially in plastic surgery preferred
• Experience with social media marketing and content creation preferred
