Community Minded Enterprises is Hiring a Recovery Cafe Manager Near Pasco, WA

Description

At Community-Minded Enterprises we strive to bring hope and healing to our community. As the Manager of Recovery Café – Pasco, you'll play a key role in this mission, representing the voice of recovery in Benton and Franklin counties.

Responsibilities: 

Contract Management

  • Work in collaboration with the Associate Director of Contracts, Compliance, and Quality Assurance to oversee and manage contracts for Recovery Café - Pasco Services.

Subcontract Oversight: 

  • Work in collaboration with the Associate Director of Contracts, Compliance, and Quality Assurance to manage all subcontracts and initiatives under Recovery Café - Pasco Services.

Fiscal Responsibility: 

  • Collaborate with CME’s Sr. Director of Behavioral Health and Recovery Services to develop and oversee budget and grant management processes.

Team Leadership: 

  • Supervise all Pasco Café program staff alongside the Behavioral Health and Recovery Services Leadership Team.

Staff Development: 

  • Implement staff development and training processes with the RCS Leadership team.

Partnership Building: 

  • Foster new partnerships to expand collaborations and advance RCS goals.

Educational Facilitation:

  • Lead training and educational classes in the School for Recovery.

HR Collaboration: 

  • Work with HR for hiring, onboarding, and managing staff.

Collaborative Efforts:

  • Work with CME Recovery Support Services staff to achieve goals and support clients.

Additional Duties:

  • Complete additional responsibilities as assigned.

Flexibility: 

  • Be available for occasional evening and weekend hours as needed.

Requirements

 Education/Experience: 

  • Associate’s degree or above, in Behavioral Health and Recovery Services related field. Plus demonstrated capacity for managing details and strategies and a minimum of 2-5 years of supervisory experience or equivalent experience in a related field; 
  • Or 2-5 years of relevant work and supervisory experience if no advanced degree is present. 

Certificates and Licenses: 

  • Must have a valid Driver’s license, access to reliable transportation, and valid automobile liability insurance. 
  • Preferred: CCAR Recovery Coach and Trainer, CCAR Ethical Considerations Trainer, & Mental Health Peer Support Specialist. 

Language Ability: 

  • Bilingual/biliterate in Spanish preferred
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. 
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. 

Math Ability: 

  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. 
  • Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Interpersonal Skills: 

  • Demonstrates cultural competency with under-represented populations, knowledge, and acceptance of the recovery process with adults in SUD and or mental health treatment.

Computer Skills

  • Knowledge of and proficient use of all Word Processing software and spreadsheet software.
  • Ability to manipulate data, pull reports, and complete forms using websites and spreadsheet software.

Program Administration Skills: 

  • Program development and resource development expertise.

Community Partnership Responsibilities: 

  • Experience and knowledge of Recovery Services
  • Experience working in community collaborations associated with recovery and mental health
  • Effective community development and collaboration skills.
