Community Options is Hiring a Mobile Coordinator Near EDISON, NJ
- Supervise team and schedules
- Oversee daily operational aspects of the program
- Arrange and participate in family orientation (within the first 24 hours)
- Assess case management needs of youth and family and provide case management as appropriate (not within the scope of the care management organization)
- Coordinate with the care management organization and CFT as needed
- Employees must cooperate with the licensee and department staff in any inspection, inquiry or investigation
- Provide on-site family psycho-educational activities consistent with the comprehensive treatment and discharge plan
- Ability to establish a comfortable and supportive relationship with individuals receiving supports
- Ability to exercise good judgment and remain calm in crisis situations
- Excellent organizational skills
- Bachelor’s level practitioner with 3 years of supervisory experience and experience with youth with IDD; OR
- An unlicensed master’s level practitioner with 1 year experience with youth with IDD
- Required to share on-call responsibilities to ensure around the clock crisis response
- May be exposed to various medical conditions and communicable diseases
