Community Pharmacy is Hiring an Administrative Assistant: Part-Time Near Omaha, NE

Our long-term care pharmacy is looking to add only exceptional people to our team.
Responsibilities Will Include
  • Courteously greets visitors, determines their needs and directs them to the appropriate person
  • Operates a multi-line telephone to answer and forward calls, determining nature of incoming call and directing caller to appropriate department or individual
  • Maintains custody of office supplies, equipment and other materials, works with Inventory Specialist when additional supplies are needed
  • Ensures all visitors sign a business associate agreement upon entry of Consonus Pharmacy Services and maintains copies in log kept at front desk
  • Signs for and takes custody of all incoming packages
  • Maintains office printer and supplies
  • Ensures guest entry and visitor areas are kept clean and comfortable for guests visiting
  • Ensures breakrooms are kept clean and coffee is replenished. Maintains supply of coffee products and orders when appropriate
  • Assists various departments with clerical duties and projects as needed
Minimum Requirements Will Include
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • On-site regular attendance required
  • Strong computer skills required
  • Strong written and oral communication skills required
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills required
  • Must be able to actively contribute to a positive team environment
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to handle multiple tasks, remain focused, and work independently
  • Must be detail oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid Driver's License
You must be reliable and have a solid work history to be seriously considered for the position. A completed pre-employment drug screen and background check will be conducted.
This position is an hourly position: Tuesday's and Thursday's - 8:30am - 5:00pm
