Qualifications for this position include:

• 5 years of maintenance experience - Hands-On EXPERIENCE
• Carpentry, Tile, and make-readies a must
• BOILER EXPERIENCE
• Multifamily housing experience preferred - Apartments
• On-call share
• Appliance Repair, Plumbing, and Electrical
• Quality assurance programs
• Computer savvy helpful
• Honest, loyal and reliable
