The Leasing & Resident Services Specialist within our CU market will be accountable for stablishing relationships with prospects and finding them a home among the properties we have available in the area.

Responsibilities :

• Be an ambassador of Community Property Management
• Math prospecting residents with the best options from our housing portfolio. Meaning being well-versed with our properties and amenities
• Assist Property Managers with the Leasing process
• Provide exceptional customer service support through multiple communication channels ( Phone, Email, Text, etc.)
• Taking maintenance requests over the phone, prepare for move-ins and move-outs.
• Be flexible and works as a team member where needed!

Requirements :

• At least 2 years of Customer service experience or sales experience preferable in real estate
• Associates Degree
• Are proficient with relevant technology ( e.g Microsoft Office, AppFolio, Outlook)
• Have the ability to work overtime as needed during high-demand times and capacity shortages
• Have excellent communication skills
• Demonstrate superior attention to detail and have a positive attitude
• Must be able to perform physical functions of the position, not limited to: ability to walk properties, complete physical inspections, deliver resident communications and show properties
