Community Shelter Services

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations, and assist the team in our emergency shelter. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in, process improvement, strategic planning, day to day office management, clerical duties, time management, communication with various outside agencies and internal departments.

Duties:

-Work in alongside the manager, assistant manager, and caseworker to streamline the following:

- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Lead and manage a team to ensure operational excellence
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track progress towards goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve overall operations
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational performance
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; 3-5 yrs experience in the business field a must. Social services experiences a plus.
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills, and computer skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

-Act 33 & 34 clearance required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
