07/01/2024 CUSD 303 is seeking a qualified candidate to serve as Benefits Coordinator (12 Month) reporting to the Chief Human Resources Administrative Officer for the 2024-2025 school year.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience preferred
Minimum two years related benefits/insurance administration experience preferred
Computer skills – Microsoft Office, Google, HRIS
Strong communication and organization skills

The position is a 12 month SCESP position. Salary Schedule for 2024-2025: $20.57/hour (step 1) - $21.66 (step 4) which includes a $2.00/hour differential.
