Location:
DistrictwideCUSD 303 is seeking a qualified, strong and dynamic Director of Student Services (Elementary & Secondary) for the 2024-2025 school year.
Primary Purpose:

• To ensure access to an inclusive climate and culture, as well as rigorous instruction
  aligned to academic, social, and emotional grade level standards for all students by
  providing mentoring, modeling, and resources to LBS1 teachers as well as related
  services providers and general education collaborators, and paraprofessionals relative to
  curriculum and instruction, data collection, facilitate IEP meetings, and professional
  development. To support building level leadership in the development and implementation
  of IEPs as well as 504 plans in order to provide and support educational benefit. To work
  as a liaison between the District’s Student Services Department and the buildings.

Qualifications:
Minimum Education/Certification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education, Master’s Degree preferred
Professional Educator License (PEL)
Learning Behavior Specialist 1 (LBS1)
Director of Special Education or Principals License preferred
PERA training qualified for teacher evaluation
Classroom teaching experience
This is a full-time, 12 month position. Current salary range for this position is $121,050.00 - $155,435.27. See job description and benefits attached.
