Oswego Community Unit School District 308 is currently seeking exceptional candidates for the position of Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the Learning and Innovation department. The Executive Assistant to the Assistant Superintendent of Learning and Innovation provides high-level administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the Learning, Innovation, Schedule, Curriculum, and Instruction departments. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Selected candidates will receive a competitive salary and benefit package; participation in the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund (IMRF) pension plan; access to medical and dental insurance with a 75% board-paid contribution toward premiums; and paid holidays and winter/spring break work from home option.BENEFITS: Full-time Associates enjoy a robust selection of healthcare benefits including employer paid Life and AD&D insurance, Long Term Disability, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), as well as three medical plans to choose from including PPO and HMO plans.
