JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Operations Intern with a focus on data analysis and reporting to join our dynamic team. As an intern, you will support business operations by analyzing data, creating reports, and providing actionable insights. This position offers hands-on experience in business operations, process improvement, and data visualization. You will work closely with our operations and analytics teams to contribute to key initiatives and help drive decision-making across the organization.
What you'll do:
* Collect, analyze, and interpret business data to generate meaningful insights.
* Develop models to build solutions to tackle real-world business problems to support business decision-making.
* Work with cross-functional teams, sales, finance, and marketing teams to identify questions and issues for data analysis.
* Provide operational insights and recommend improvements based on data analysis.
* Identify trends, gaps, and inefficiencies within business processes and recommend improvements.
Who you are:
* Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.
* Familiarity with data manipulation and analysis in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, etc.) and using tools like Tableau and Power BI.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
* Strong time management and organizational skills.
