This is a Personal Care Supervisor position. The Supervisor hired for this position will have a caseload for Lafayette County up to 45min out. As a PCA Supervisor, you will have multiple roles. Several are listed below.

• Oversee the Personal Care Aides
• Make sure Timesheets and paperwork are in on time.
• Training new PCAs
• Filling in homes without a PCA
• Assist with interviews
• Supervisor Visits
• New Client Assessments
• Report to your Supervisor daily
• Light paperwork
• Meetings With other PCA Supervisors
• Time management
• Problem Solving Skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
