Overview
Compass Associates are proud to be searching on behalf of a respected and established behavioral health provider in search for a Clinical Director for a facility offering substance use and mental health disorders.
This is an exciting opportunity for either an experienced Clinical Director or someone who is looking to progress within their career.
As the Clinical Director you will be need to provide direct patient care, effective communication within the facility, manage case services whilst also leading on interdisciplinary team meetings.
You will also need to ensure effective clinical organizational structure, attend clinical and administrative meetings, provide staff development, be responsible for the day-to-day operations for the clinical department, and ensure you are using excellent clinical judgement for patients with their programs.
Criteria
- You must have a valid license within the state of Colorado or in the process of gaining one.
- The Clinical Director must have a license as a LMFT, LCSW or LPC.
- You must have experience within SUD / Mental Health.
- A minimum of 5 years experience within management.
- Experience with EMR or KIPU is desirable.
Compensation and Benefits
Depending upon experience, compensation is between $100,000-$125,000.
