Overview

Compass Associates are proud to be searching on behalf of a respected and established behavioral health provider in search for a Director of Nursing for a facility offering substance use and mental health disorders.

This is an exciting opportunity for either an experienced Director of Nursing or someone who is looking to progress within their career.

As the Director of Nursing you will support the Medical Director whilst also meeting required nursing standards as well as developing and evaluating the nursing unit personnel.

You will also need to manage all aspects of the nursing department, collaborate with the quality team, ensuring that your nursing team are supervising and instructing clients, have meetings with pharmacy consultants as well as implement and monitor the infection control team.

Criteria

• You must have a valid license within the state of Colorado or in the process of gaining one.
• The Director of Nursing must have a license as a RN.
• You must have experience within SUD / Mental Health.
• A minimum of 5 years experience within management.
• Experience with EMR or KIPU is desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

Depending upon experience, compensation is between $100,000-$130,000.
