Job Description:

ChiroGuys Chiropractic is seeking a talented and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, a deep understanding of various massage techniques, and the ability to work collaboratively with our chiropractic practitioners to support comprehensive patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of massage techniques to address patients' specific needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and therapeutic massage.
• Collaborate with chiropractors to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Assess patients' soft tissue condition, joint quality and function, muscle strength, and range of motion.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes.
• Provide patients with guidance on stretching, strengthening, and relaxation techniques.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients.
• Stay current with best practices and continuing education in massage therapy.

Qualifications:

• Certification from an accredited massage therapy program.
• Valid massage therapy license in the state of Virginia.
• Minimum of [3] years of experience as a massage therapist (new graduates are welcome to apply with relevant training and internship experience).
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various massage techniques.
