Catering Sales Coordinator
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the Catering Sales Department needs such as:
- Manages Smaller Events: internal, concessions-only, affiliate and exhibitor orders
- Daily Distribution: Manage the daily distribution process of BEOs
- Process Payments: Processing of payment for deposits and final payments
- Event History: Researching event history for accurate forecasting
- Competitive Analysis: Research and create a competitive analysis for catering sales annual report
- Weekly Forecast Update: Works in EBMS to update weekly forecast
Performs all other duties assigned
