Job Summary
The role of the concessions operations assistant is to support the concessions manager in the daily, weekly and monthly operations of the concessions department. In addition to the assigned responsibilities, collaboration with all departments to assist in employee recognition programs, staff development, training, and concessions operations.
Financial responsibilities include:
- Declining Labor reporting
- Labor forecast
- Myvenue-Ensuring accuracy, POS support and troubleshooting for development
Staffing Responsibilities include:
- Provide staffing needs direction to concessions scheduler
- Placing orders and processing invoices for temp staff
- Staff recognition
- Mystaff Labor allocation accuracy
- Schedule and assist with staff interviews, hiring and training
Operations
- Creation of agenda and meeting schedule for staff and supervisors
- Floor walk-assign tasks for completion
- Product requisitions
- Floor support
- Myvenue/Shift 4 tasks as needed
- Customer service
- Tips reporting
- Payroll audit
- Schedule meetings and training sessions
- Maintain office supplies and office organization
- Month End responsibilities (Inventory, Data input, Round tables)
