Job Summary
This individual will develop and implement marketing and visual merchandising design to ensure a consistent brand image through training, execution, and management of a team of retail and marketing counterparts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops and communicates key visual merchandising strategies critical to the increase of store revenue
- Develops planograms for category growth and monthly promotions
- Owns and leads the promotional execution through 3rd party tools
- Builds retail pricing opportunities
- Drives compliance to merchandising standards
- Assesses performance by location through audit reports
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 2 or 4 years degree in a relevant field
- At least 3 years of experience
- Must be able to travel up to 50%
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to balance service-orientation with assertiveness
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software programs
