Job Summary
Reports to Purchasing Management for 310 Provisions at Intuit Dome. Responsible for clerical functions and administrative support of food service programs. Coordinates and monitors F&B dispatch and transportation requests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides quality customer service to customers by providing one-on-one attention to detail.
- Determines, explains and develops dispatcher logic needed for all F&B stands, clubs, and suites.
- Monitors procedures related to availability and completion task, and follows up on issues related to service and operations.
- Ensures requests have been addressed in an efficient, timely manner according to current departmental standards, priorities and patient appointments.
- Answer telephones and direct inquires in a professional and client centric manner.
- Process vendor invoices for payment - using computer, making sure addition is correct and checking item prices against bid specifications, making sure there is no discrepancy in pricing.
- Assist in preparation for events day prior to event day.
- Maintain clean and safe work environment; ability to perform job safely.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
