Food and Beverage company located in Hayward,CA is urgently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable temporary Data Entry professional to join our team. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in a supportive environment, with the potential to extend based on performance.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter data from various sources (paper forms, digital files, etc.) into designated databases or spreadsheets
• Verify the completeness and accuracy of entered data through proofreading and quality checks
• Organize and maintain data files electronically
• Perform data cleansing tasks such as identifying and correcting inconsistencies
• May assist with basic administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry or a similar role (experience with specific data entry software a plus)
• Good Excel, Ms.office and outlook skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to identify and correct errors
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to learn new software programs quickly
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team player mentality
• Good Communication skills
