Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Support the Executive Assistant to the CEO providing additional support to executive team members to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and operations run efficiently.Creates, maintains, and continuously improves internal processes that support the senior team, and coordinates resources to speed up workflows.Manages communication with employees.Plans and orchestrates work to ensure that priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld.Manages professional scheduling including agendas, mail, email, phone calls, client management, and other company logistics.Coordinates complex scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information.Manages and maintains travel logistics, executive's schedules, and activities, including accommodations, transportation, and meals.Provides administration and office support.Coordinates programs, events, and conferences as anizes team comunications.Prepares invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents, using word processors, spreadsheets, databases, and/or presentation software.Conserves executive's time by reading and analyzing incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.Opens, sorts, and distributes incoming correspondence, including faxes, phone calls, and emails.Files and retrieves corporate documents, records, and reports.Prepares responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.Performs general office duties.Prepares agendas and makes arrangements for meetings.Performs other duties as assigned.
