Learn more at Summary Responsibilities:Collaborate with Energy Team & Facilities Engineering personnel to develop project scope and budgetsPrepare scope of work documentsFacilitate the execution of contracts between vendors and Owner including becoming familiar with contract terms and conditionsManage pre-construction activities including, studies, testing, cost estimating & designPerform technical reviews of design to ensure quality, maintainability and scope is consistent with approved budgetEnsure that all vendors are prequalified for safety, financial history and technical qualificationsWork with Energy Team to acquire data vital for Utility energy incentive applicationsSupervise construction sites for consistency to contract scope & safe construction practicesCoordinate temporary construction utilitiesFacilitate access for contractors and consultants into mechanical and electrical roomsHold and lead construction and design progress review meetingsIssue construction notices and coordinate construction activities with Environmental Health & safety, Fire Safety & SecurityFacilitate internal construction permits: PIRA, ICRA, ILSM, Above Ceiling & Hot Work.Retain the services of expediters and special inspection agencies and ensure that all inspections are performedImplement ICRA and ILSM requirementsCoordinate measurement & verification requirements for energy projectsWork with energy team to ensure inspections and other close-out activities are completed to acquire approved energy incentivesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in EngineeringFive years energy management experienceMinimum five years project management experienceExperience working in hospital health care institutionDetailed knowledge of engineering and construction principles, practices and procedures, applicable laws and government regulations, principles of managementCEM or CBCP - AEEApply to Crothall todayCrothall is a member of Compass Group USAClick here to Learn More about the Compass StoryCompass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
