As a Director of Dining Services, you oversee day-to-day operations for a dining account. You will handle and lead a team of associates. You will be responsible for leading client relations and ensuring that the food offered to the customers is of superior quality. Additionally, you will be responsible for the following:
Key Responsibilities:
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, guests, clients, and other departments.
Demonstrate agility and adaptability in handling diverse and ambiguous tasks.
Collaborate with the Chef and management team to create innovative menus and deliver top-quality food.
Oversee all P&L responsibilities and budget management related to the account.
Implement and launch new culinary programs effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred
Three to five years of food service operation experience
