Expertise and track record in leading HR change initiatives related projects.o Strong understanding of employment Law and employee relations solutions.Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Hospitality Management/Integration, Statistics, or related business experience. PHR or SPHR desirable. A solid understanding of all the key HR specialist areas Three (3) - seven (7) years' experience in a multi-site, multi-state environment. Previous operations experience a plus. Union experience highly desirable. Must be willing to work the necessary hours and schedule to meet business needs.
