Job SummaryAs a Customer Service Manager for Canteen, your essential duties include: Manages the daily scheduling process for vending and markets. Utilizes Cantaloupe scheduling software to dynamically schedule each route. Merchandises each route utilizing Cantaloupe merchandising tools. Acts as a Back-up line Pick Line Supervisor as needed. Communicates daily with drivers and CSMs regarding schedule changes, POG changes, merchandising, missed picks, skipped stops, etc. Provides updates to senior management and shares progress with drivers. Acts as Back-up Picker as needed. Performs other duties as assigned. Preferred Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree is preferred; two year College degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable3 years driving experience required.Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license (unless otherwise indicated by state) and good driving record.Preferred 1-2 years' experience in a customer service position, or a minimum of 1 year of related experience.Route management, retail and merchandising experience is preferred Ability to operate or willingness to learn material handling equipment (box truck, handcarts, etc.).Food & beverage experienceExcellent communication skills requiredMust be able to travel to client sitesMust be passionate about providing world class service to our clients and customersMust be able to lift 50 lbs. on a consistent basis.Apply to Canteen todayCanteen is a member of Compass Group USAClick here to Learn More about the Compass StoryCompass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
