Text JOB to 75000 and search requisition ID number 1266910.As the Manager of Program Development & Innovation, you will enable the Food by Compass program to remain 'first and best' amongst corporate food programs and position Compass at the forefront of future thinking and innovation. You will focus on 'scanning the horizon' for trends and opportunities, and introducing ideas to evolve the program. You will vet, develop and pilot innovative food, beverage, and hospitality solutions based on broader business objectives and priorities. Key to success in the role are strong stakeholder management skills, critical thinking and discernment, a drive for continuous improvement, the ability to secure action by influence, and to move between the strategic and operational.The great things you'll doDevelop program areas with an innovation and growth mindset: program areas will span across food & beverage operations, hospitality, events, technology, design & buildEngage with external companies and strategic partners to identify and explore innovation solutionsPartner with SMEs, our client and Compass Group to vet, pilot and iterate innovation solutionsLead business line-specific working groups that are made up of regional and global operational leaders and subject matter expertsLead pilot discovery, development, and tracking specific to innovation solutionsDevelop and maintain close partnership and engagement with culinary, operational, and financial leaders to ensure clear understanding of evolving business needs and objectivesWork with Compass Strategic Projects and operations leaders to translate ideas and strategies into actionable projectsManage close partnership across regional operations to develop and maintain processes for documenting, sharing and continuously improving best practicesAreas of focus:Future of F&B experiences: cafes, coffee bars, catering, teaching kitchens, micro kitchens, digitalTechnology: automation, data and reporting, operator toolsWhat we look for in the perfect candidateBachelor's Degree or equivalent / minimum of 8 years of industry experience in place of a degree is preferredAbility to communicate, motivate and interact with all levels within the organizationAbility to take complex business issues or initiatives and apply critical thinking to solve, with an eye to implementationExperience launching program strategies to implement new process models in an organizationStrong passion for great food and hospitalityFinancial and commercial literacyResilience and clarity of thought under pressureAbility to work in a fast paced, changing environmentAbility to travel globally as neededApplication Deadline: applications are accepted ongoing until all openings are filled for this position.
