Overview: We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Shuttle Driver to join our team. As a Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to their destinations in a timely manner. Responsibilities: - Safely operate a shuttle vehicle to transport passengers to designated locations - Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with boarding and disembarking the shuttle - Maintain a clean and presentable shuttle vehicle at all times - Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the shuttle - Communicate effectively with passengers and address any concerns or questions they may have - Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage or other belongings, if necessary - Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure on-time arrivals and departures - Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the shuttle vehicle to ensure its safety and functionality - Report any maintenance or repair needs of the shuttle vehicle to the appropriate personnel Requirements: - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Previous experience in commercial driving, such as limousine, bus driving, delivery driver, or van driver preferred - Ability to lift heavy objects and assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage or other belongings - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with passengers - Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations - Ability to maintain a professional appearance and provide exceptional customer service - Familiarity with paratransit services is a plus Join our team as a Shuttle Driver and enjoy competitive pay rates, flexible schedules, and the opportunity for career advancement.
