This individual will be responsible for supporting the design, planning, coordinating implementation, executing, and monitoring of diverse enterprise-wide portfolio level projects and initiatives ensuring deadlines are met. Projects may cross multiple functional and/or service areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops project support structure and ensures outstanding issues are driven to completion (i.e. transition mailbox)
- Completes and communicates assigned project tasks within the deadlines set forth by the project manager
- Leverages resources as needed for project deliverables
- Discusses project status, completion, success metrics, issues, client and team satisfaction during internal meetings (scheduled and ad hoc)
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Ability to work independently and possess strong problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Project Management training preferred
