The VP of Operations plays a pivotal role as a strategic partner to the Restaurant Services Team. They collaborate on strategic planning, program development, financial management, and fostering a culture of excellence. This role encompasses overseeing all operational aspects and critical support functions while also focusing on team development. Focus Areas: The core focus areas of this role encompass developing and aligning objectives among R/A, and the client portfolio. Additionally, it involves setting and maintaining high operational standards through the application of extensive business, culinary, and hospitality expertise. Core Responsibilities:1. Revenue and Profitability Leadership: Achieve financial targets and plan for business growth. Cultivate a proactive sales culture. Ensure operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Proven coaching and teaching skills. Proficiency in budget management. Familiarity with business scaling and change management.Qualifications: Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive long-term vision. Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to quality.
