Key Responsibilities
- Conduct swift but empathetic assessments of individuals arriving at the Crisis Stabilization Center
- Lead the multidisciplinary team and manage referral processes
- Maintain records in compliance with agency and state regulations
- Collaborate with community partners to deliver holistic services
- Provide culturally competent care to meet the unique needs of each individual

- For licensed therapists: Master's degree in counseling, social work, or psychology required
- For RNs: Minimum of 2 years in a psychiatric or substance abuse treatment setting
- For licensed therapists: Minimum of 3 years of similar work experience, working knowledge of DSM-5
- Must hold at least one of the following credentials: RN (QMHP Qualifying), PLPC, LMSW, LPC, LCSW, LMFT
