We offer a $4,000 sign-on bonus to support our critical services in the community. As a Nurse LPN/RN, you will play a key role in delivering compassionate patient care in a psychiatric capacity.
Responsibilities
Employment Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities
- Perform health assessments, administer medications, and provide daily care to individuals at the Crisis Stabilization Center.
- Coordinate care with various healthcare professionals and educate patients and families on medications and physical health.
- Monitor and report changes in patients' behavior, administer medications, update medication records, and assist with procedures.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, attend meetings, and provide mentorship to new employees.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills and the ability to work with patients in potentially agitated states.
- Participate in mandatory overtime as needed.
- Minimum of an Associate's degree in nursing required.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
- At least one year of psychiatric experience; experience in a hospital or acute care setting preferred.
- Valid LPN or RN license in Missouri required.
