Position Overview
- Full-time, benefit eligible role
- 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, day shift
- Outpatient Nursing position involving running a Medication Clinic and serving as a case manager
- Utilize Compass "Champion" behavior to best serve clientele
- Plan, organize, and coordinate medication clinic
- Assist in other clinics and regions as needed
- Review medication education forms with clients
- Administer IM medication, dispense samples, maintain accurate logs
- Assist with Prior Authorizations
- Complete necessary documentation for medication clinic and psychiatric consultations
- Regular attendance
- Completion of all required training
- Commitment to service excellence
- Commitment to personal excellence
- Team-oriented and values diversity
- High School/GED required
- Associate/Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
- Licensure/Certification: GPN, LPN, GN, or RN with passing MO NCLEX exam within 90 days of graduation
