The CRS is part of the person-centered integrated care team and responsible for greeting patients as they arrive, check-in / check-out, verifying demographics and collecting co-pays, if applicable.
This may include primary care, dental, behavioral health and specialist appointments. This position is fast-paced, requiring continuous interactions with co-workers and patients.
Full-time, benefit-eligible position. Hours are Monday through Friday and vary between 7 : 30 am - 4 : 00 pm. Flexibility and availability to work other shifts, as needed, is required.
This is a float position that will provide coverage to House Springs, Arnold, Hillsboro and Festus.
