Compass Health Network has a great opportunity for a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at our inpatient / outpatient substance use treatment facility.
Individuals within this role will oversee clients’ safety and well-being, using Compass Champion Behavior. These individuals must have effective written and verbal communication skills.
This is a full time, benefit eligible position working the over night shift of 12 : 00 am- 8 : 00 am. This candidate will work 4 days on, 2 days off schedule rotation.
Responsibilities Include :
- Engage clients in group education to assist with recovery process
- Valid unrestricted driver’s license is required. The DSP will transport client as clinically indicated
- Monitor clients as they self-administer medication
- Collect and process Urine Drug Screenings
On-site training provided.
