Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of medical services, including overseeing staff and coordinating program components.
- Ensure compliance with licensing and accrediting standards such as HRSA, DMH, NCQA, CARF, CLIA, and OSHA.
- Supervise pharmaceutical assistance programs, laboratory functions, and vaccine administration.
- Collaborate with Program Manager to maintain VFC program guidelines and order necessary medical supplies.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay updated on changes in healthcare regulations.
- Lead integrated care team meetings and manage staff productivity and performance.
- Assist in budget management and corrective actions as needed.
- Supervise, train, and support medical services staff, ensuring culturally competent care.
- Handle special projects and other assigned duties.
- Practical Nursing Certificate required.
- LPN with experience in supervision or care management preferred.
- Working knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and equipment.
- RN or LPN license in Missouri required.
