Role OverviewAs a Medical Assistant/Nurse LPN at Compass Health Network, you will be an integral part of our integrated care team. Your responsibilities will include preparing patients for examinations, assisting with procedures, administering treatments, and maintaining accurate patient records. In addition, you will collaborate with medical staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for examination and treatment
• Assist with procedures and treatments
• Administer medications and injections
• Provide patient education
• Maintain supplies and equipment
• Assist with scheduling tests and treatments
• Ensure compliance with CLIA and OSHA regulations
• Attend training sessions as required

Qualifications

• High School/GED required
• Practical Nursing certificate required for Nurse LPNs
• Medical Assistant Certification or equivalent work experience required
• Knowledge of medical office procedures and terminology preferred
• Licensure/Certification: Medical Assistant Certification or LPN/GPN with NCLEX exam required
