Role Overview
As a Crisis Clinician/Triage Clinician Lead at Compass Health Network, you will be an integral part of a person-centered integrated team. In this role, you will provide oversight to team members, triage individuals in behavioral health crisis situations, and lead the referral processes at the Crisis Access Point (CAP) in your service area.
Responsibilities

• Conduct swift and empathetic triage assessments for individuals in crisis
• Provide full assessments and complete agency intake documentation when appropriate
• Evaluate the readiness and appropriateness of referrals for internal and external services
• Supervise and support the multi-disciplinary team at the CAP
• Collaborate with team members, Compass, and external partners
• Maintain client records and ensure compliance with agency and state regulations
• Deliver culturally competent services tailored to the unique needs of each individual and their family
• Coordinate with community partners to offer holistic services to those in need

Education and Requirements

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, or psychology preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a human services field required
• Must meet qualifications as a Qualified Mental Health Professional, Qualified Addiction Professional, or licensed therapist with knowledge of DSM-5

Licensure/Certification

• Licensed therapists must hold PLPC, LMSW, PLMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
• Qualified Addiction Professionals must have CADC, CRADC, CRAADC, CCJP, or CCDP certification
