Key Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for examination and treatment
- Perform procedures such as venipunctures, urinalysis, and EKGs
- Administer immunizations and injections
- Assist with minor surgeries and physicals
- Maintain patient confidentiality and satisfaction
- Monitor and order medical supplies as needed
- High School/GED required
- Medical Assistant Certification or LPN/GPN with MO NCLEX exam within 90 days of graduation
- Minimum of two years of equivalent work experience preferred
- Knowledge of medical office procedures and equipment
