As a Nurse LPN/RN at our Crisis Center Stabilization Center, you will play a crucial role in delivering psychiatric care to individuals experiencing behavioral crises. Your responsibilities will include providing direct patient care, administering medication, educating patients and families, and collaborating with healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities

• Conduct health assessments, vital signs monitoring, and general patient care
• Administer medications and observe self-administration
• Coordinate care with various stakeholders
• Monitor and report changes in patient conditions
• Assist in diagnostic and treatment procedures
• Provide education and support to new employees
• Participate in team meetings and leadership discussions

Requirements

• Practical Nursing Certificate or Associate's/Bachelor's degree in nursing
• At least one year of psychiatric experience
• LPN or RN licensure valid in MO
