Job Details
As an Outpatient Nurse at Compass Health Network, you will play a crucial role in running our Medication Clinic and acting as a case manager. You will work Monday through Friday with a rotating weekend schedule if needed. The position includes a $4,000 sign-on bonus to help support our critical service needs.
ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities will include planning, organizing, and coordinating the medication clinic, reviewing medication education forms, administering IM medication, assisting with prior authorizations, and maintaining accurate medication logs. You will also be required to complete necessary documentation and coordinate closely with clinical doctors and customer relations specialists to ensure our clients receive top-notch care.
Qualifications NeededTo be considered for this role, you must have a High School/GED degree, with an Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred. Licensure/Certification requirements include GPN, LPN, GN, or RN with the passing of the MO NCLEX exam within 90 days of graduation.
