Position OverviewAs a Nurse LPN/RN at our Crisis Stabilization Center, you will play a vital role in providing direct and indirect patient care to individuals experiencing behavioral crises. Your responsibilities will include maintaining professional nursing standards, coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams, administering medications, and providing patient education.
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct health assessments, administer medications, and provide general care to individuals at the Crisis Stabilization Center.
• Coordinate care with healthcare team members, patients, and families.
• Monitor and report changes in patients' behavior and physical condition.
• Assist in diagnostic and treatment procedures.
• Offer education on healthcare procedures to new staff members.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least one year of psychiatric experience.
• Valid LPN or RN licensure in Missouri.
